Quality and Service

It is surprising that one can find a product like this in today's marketplace. I imagine a piece of woodwork like this existing only for previous generations. It is exactly as billed, if not better.

Service and Delivery Comments:
I was contacted by Fifthroom, due to a comment I asked be included in the delivery notice - referencing a birthday. They offered to get a birthday card, inscribe my personalized message, and wrap the item. This extra attention to detail is not lost on me, and is definitely not commonplace. This is how I wish all businesses operated.
