How funny this survey arrived now! We got our swing within days of ordering it, but it's been sitting the box a few weeks -- we just put it up today! We have it mounted on an A-frame out in the garden where it will be exposed to the weather (I ordered it stained and sealed), so will be curious to see how it holds up. But so far so good! My husband put it together and hung it by himself in about an hour and he's not generally a 'handyman'. It has a nice solid feel and is very comfortable to sit in. The high back is nice to lean against. We're looking forward to years of enjoyment.

One exception, exactly as expected.

Everything with the exception of one issue was top notch. One of the bolts supplied for assembly on the arms comes up a little short. With a little finesse of assembly order and leaving out washers, a pre-set can be accomplished to get the parts to draw down completely, allowing the short bolt the be un-assembled and adding the washers back after the materials are deformed under load.

My favorite birthday gift EVER!

We have this hanging on our back screen porch, and it's wonderful to have to go out and swing on peacefully and chat, watch a storm coming across the nearby farm fields, sunsets or take a nice Sunday afternoon nap! Fits three comfortably. Strong and well made. We ALL love it!

We love our swing!
