The three compartments allow for the storage of finished compost, compost in the process of decomposition and a new pile, all compartments are accessible by removable slats. The air spaces between the slats aid decomposition.

Nice addition

the bins were nicely finished and constructed. they improved the looks and containment of my compost area immensely. In fact, I could use a couple more bins.
