Our lumber for the pavilion components are pressure-treated prior to lamination with Pentachlorophenol Type C which is an treatment, and treated in accordance with the standards set by the American Wood Preservers Association, AWPA.

Pressure treatment, prior to lamination, ensures 100% protection treatment to the core of the component rather than just surface treatment. All connecting hardware is approved for use with the Pentachlorophenol treatment. Small hairline checking (cracks) are to be expected with all treated pine lumber.
