This Double Handrail consists of an upper rail that sits 32" above the deck boards (which is 8" taller than our Single Handrail at 24") and a lower railing placed roughly half-way between the upper rail and the deck, unless otherwise specified by the customer. One great reason to include this upgrade is the additional protection from accidents that it provides. Two rails also yields increased stability, and many people prefer the impressive visual style of the Double Handrail.
