This is the option to add high wind resistance to your gazebo. Many locations require gazebos to stand up to 140mph winds. By adding the hurricane package, our basic treated pine or vinyl gazebos are “beefed” up by adding braces, brackets, hurricane tie-downs and anchoring methods as required to produce a structure capable of withstanding all but the most fierce of hurricanes. If you need drawings with a "wet stamp" (by an engineer licensed in your area), this can be provided upon request for an additional charge.
Note: Hurricane package upgrade is only available on our Treated Pine and Vinyl Gazebos
Also Note: Some options cannot be selected along with the Hurricane package since they will not hold up to the wind or pass code for areas requiring Hurricane Resistance. These include the turned or decorative posts, the option to remove the top rails and others - be sure to discuss this with your project adviser.
