Patio Umbrellas are guaranteed for one full year to be free from defects in original material and workmanship. This guarantee includes the following: Frame, crank, tilt mechanism, housing, rib cleats, valance clamps, and cap. This guarantee does not cover the following: product failure caused by unreasonable use and / or care, acts of nature (i.e. wind / storm damage). If a defect in the original material or workmanship does occur during the warranty period; We will repair or replace, at its discretion, the product without a charge. If a problem occurs after the warranty period you may request repair or replacement quote upon inspection of the damage. Freight charges both ways will be your responsibility after warranty period.
