Solid Pine Lap siding is our most popular profile for building siding. In fact, vinyl siding is modeled after the look of German "Dutch Lap" Pine siding. Solid wood siding (3/4" thick) provides better insulation value than panel siding, is far stronger than both vinyl and panel siding, and can be easily painted.
