The great outdoors hasn’t always been easy on outdoor furniture. Now, there is a more resilient choice that is environmentally friendly – 98% poly-recycled plastic. Constructed of petroleum-based HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), this material is durable, attractive and reduces environmental waste.

Our recycled plastic goes through a stringent sorting, washing and decontamination process, making it safe and clean for re-use. The base plastic material is processed at our plant and converted into sturdy Poly Lumber. The plastic is decontaminated to a high purity level, making it safe for use. The purified recycled plastic is formulated with ultraviolet stabilizers and color pigments to create colorful, eco-friendly and maintenance-free products. Products constructed of Poly Lumber never need to be painted or stained and will not rot or splinter.

Items from our Poly Lumber family can be recycled when and if homeowners are finished using them, adding to their environmental friendliness. Only the hardware should be removed before recycling any of our Poly Lumber products.
