After you have spoken with a representative, we will email a proof of the design for your final approval.
You may cancel your order any time up until we begin to personalize the item. Once the item has been personalized, we will be unable to accept cancellations or returns.

Our Personalization is made using a state of the art laser engraving method. The laser engraving is done by burning the text, image, or logo into the wood. A .jpeg or PDF file is needed for any logo, image, or custom design. All laser engraving appears with a darker look. We are able to laser engrave most fonts and designs.
