Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete
Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete or GFRC is lighter than traditional concrete, the glass fibers make it very strong and durable. GFRC is a composite made of different materials including sand, polymers, cement, and glass fibers. The high amount of glass fibers improve the strength and the high amount of polymer improves the concrete flexibility and help resist cracking. GFRC was first founded in the 1940s and became very popular since the 1970s due to its strength and ornamental appearance.

All benches are coated with a Sherwin Williams Brand H&C which is an acrylic clear coat sealer. The sealer will last 5 to 7 years and can be reapplied as needed.
