Benches with personalization will ship 8-12 weeks after approval of the design proof.

If you wish to add personalization to your bench, please select the color you would like, then check the personalization box. The personalization fee includes up to 100 characters. Additional text, pictures, logos, or images will incur an additional fee on a per-case basis. You may use the notes section to include your personalization. If this is not included with your order, a Customer Service Representative will contact you by email within one business day of purchase. Please send your personalization request by email reply. Please feel free to call us at 1-888-293-2339 to discuss. After your personalization has been received, we will email a proof of the design for your final approval.

You may cancel your order any time before we begin to personalize the item. Once the item has been personalized, we will be unable to accept cancellations or returns.

Personalized Text can usually be either Script or Block style (some products support only Block style). In general, the more text used to personalize, the smaller the text will be on the product.
