If you love the look and functionality of the poolside pool house, but don't plan to use it as a food or drink dispensing area, you can remove both the bar / counter and the windows and simply put a solid wall. Other options would be to move the door to the larger wall, or a couple of the other windows as well. This also may be used in a commercial setting for vending machines with storage and/or a place to get out of the rain. Or perhaps you have a different use in mind.
