Our shed floors start with 4x4 foundation runners (AKA skids) that are pressure treated and ready for ground contact with a .60 lumber retention rating.

This option includes pressure treated 2x4 Floor Joists on top of the initial 4x4 runners. These joists provide a very sturdy and long-lasting foundation for the rest of the shed. By default the joists are spaced 16" On Center, but can be spaced 12" On Center which provides increased load-bearing potential.

Our Floor Joists are treated to withstand moisture, rot, decay, and insect damage.
