Oriented Strand Board (OSB) is a type of engineered wood similar to particle board or plywood, but roughly twice as strong. It is used here as a sheathing material.

NOTE: Sheathing sits beneath the siding panels of the walls (such as Vinyl or SmartSide) and the roof shingles. It provides additional reinforcement and strength to the exterior parts of the shed.
