All cabanas by Fifthroom.com are constructed from the highest quality, genuine Western Red Cedar. This includes the walls, which are made from cedar tongue-and-groove siding, and the top-grade 100% cedar floors.

These oils are also toxic to insects and fungi, which makes cedar highly resistant to rot and decay. One of the most durable types of wood on earth, cedar also has dimensionally stable properties that ensure that the wood will lie flat and straight, which helps to prevent warping. Cedar can be sealed and stained to preserve its reddish hue, or allowed to weather naturally to a rich gray.

Pine Siding


Long Lasting

Real Pine siding is a classic choice for both homes and structures. Many “man-made” siding materials are crafted to look and feel like true Pine siding because its durability and beauty is highly sought after. The lap siding uses 1x6 Southern Yellow Pine planks that measure ¾” thick by 5 1/2” high. The wood is not pressure treated and will last decades with minimal maintenance. Pine siding can be painted or stained, and offers a better insulation value than Dura-Temp or Vinyl.
