Very nice table

This table is substantial, not flimsy. The wood is beautifully sanded--no splinters. The finish has more a hand rubbed than a "varnish" look.

Beautiful Table!

We wanted to order a picnic table this spring, and many places had a 16-20 week wait! But not Fifthroom. We had this table within just a couple weeks! We were concerned that they were sending 10' long planks, but that isn't entirely true. The top and seats arrive completely assembled. All you have to do is attach them to the base! Let me say how HEAVY the top is (when 10' long!). But VERY beautiful. The wood is perfect with no knots, sanded beautifully, ready to go. We love this table! It was better than we expected. Can't say enough good.

Service was excellent all around...on the phone when ordering, and again when delivering. We did have to move the table ourselves and dispose of the packing materials.

Get Yourself One

Very nice table. Well made with premium wood. Takes a while to get because each one is custom and not mass produced. Easy to assemble. It is really heavy. Putting a coat of varathane on it. It seems that it will last a long time. Seems expensive as compared to the box store kits/tables but shipping is included and there is NO COMPARISON as to the quality. Get yourself one !!!

A support under the table top was damaged in shipping. Customer service expedited me a new part. I contacted customer service a couple of times for various reasons and they were very responsive and answered my questions quickly. Very good customer service.

I'm impressed. Quality is better than I expected. I'm 70 and could not have put it together alone.

This is a heavy clumsy item. We had a very good driver who was tipped. Again, w/o my son helping it would have been tough.

Solid as a rock

I love this table, but it's not quite perfect. I noticed the first time I went to wipe it down that there is a rather large rough, raised piece on one of the planks that catches the cloth and will poke a hole in someone's hand some day. I am debating between breaking it off and sanding the stub, which will leave me with a very visible flaw, or trying first to stick it back down with some kind of Gorilla Glue.Someone should have noticed it in the final inspection and changed out that plank.
