Excellent Product

I work for a trucking company and the table was delivered to the dock at my terminal by YRC. I unloaded the table personally and the YRC driver and I were impressed with the packaging and the care that was taken to ensure that the table was delivered "damage free". Fifthroom's customer service is exactly what customer service should be. Cindy, Tim, Mike and Adele went above and beyond to help us any way they could. It was greatly appreciated!

my picnic table dream come true

I have wanted to have a well designed, sturdy picnic table like this for our family since I first saw this style at American Players Theatre in Spring Green Wisconsin. So, for Fathers Day, my family said I could order one. We love it. Strong, nice looking, love being able to take a seat without crawling over the bench, great size and strength. Ihighly recommend it.

Some times it's best to pay extra for quality products

Table was as good as we hoped it would be.A good addition to the patio and positive comments from friends.We used cedar stain/sealer,Looks great.Concerned about small cracks developing in wood but was assured it was the wood characteristics.

Beautiful!

Gift to my mother.... Her response: "It's the most beautiful picnic table I've ever seen!" I agree....It sits close to our Pine Octagon Gazebo and could not match any more perfectly! Very happy with it and it arrived quickly as well. I had the umbrella hole drilled. The umbrella fits fine through the hole. It is a very tight fit however where the boards underneath the table comes together, but it did fit. Be careful when buying a base though. There is very little clearance for the base arm. In fact mine would not fit and we took the arm off the base. Umbrella is still very secure because of the very tight fit in the boards.

Treated Pine Octagon Walk-In Picnic Table

I received the table with only three simple parts to assemble. Other than the four pre-drilled holes not lining up (about an inch off) where the four bolts secure the table top to the legs, every thing else was fine. Nothing a drill could'nt fix.The product was crafted and looked just like the picture on line. I was so pleased that I am planning to order an 18' Garden Bridge in the near future!

Very Happy

The picnic table is very well made, attractive design, and came quickly. I like that it was three pieces for easy assembly. We found it slightly difficult to attach the top, lining up the holes for the hardware. We finally had to turn it over and assemble upside down, applying pressure to get the screws inserted into the holes. All in all, we are very pleased.

Great Table

Great Table!!! Just one concern, had the umbrella hole added by the Cedar Store, but once the umbrella pole is placed through the top of the table it is almost impossible to get it through the underneath part of the table where the cross bars of the seats meet. We used 4 people, a crow bar and a little bit of wood chipping. It was not a fancy umbrella pole, just normal size, so not sure how your expected to get the pole all the way to the ground easily. But it is there now and the table is fantastic. Looking forward to using it for a very long time.

Once assembled great addition to my deck

It came without the hardware and 2 of the benches were missing screws. Quick to receive the missing hardware and screws from the manufacturer.It was fairly easy to assemble except the table top holes didn't line up with the base holes. I fixed that by making my own holes to secure the top with the base. I also secured the base to my deck. Since the table is exposed to salt air and alot of direct sun, I gave it a couple of additional coats of sealer.Once completed it was very sturdy and was a great enhancement to my deck. Received alot of compliments from neighbors and friends.

Quality, heavy duty table

Very nice table, very heavy so have a solid surface to place it on. Took to stain/sealer very easily so now the color matches the rest of the back yard. Wood was very "clean". No knot holes, imperfections, warping, etc.
